Trip from Keynsham, up to near Saltford and back.
Sean and I met in a pub carpark near Keynsham
in the mist. The temperature was just above freezing. We paddled 5km each way with a portage at the lock at Swineford . We turned around at the next lock. It took us 1:20 upstream and 50 minutes downstream (6 km/h).
