Sat 27 Mar 2004 William and I went to stay with Howie. We caught the train from Kemble to Paddington where we met Howie. By bus to Hamley's, the largest toy shop in the world. Then to Covent Garden to watch some street entertainers and grab some lunch. Then a taxi to Whitehall to see Horseguards' Parade, Downing Street, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Bridge, South Bank (and a gang of free-runners), London Eye, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St. Katharine's Dock, tube back to Howie's house in Finchley. On Sunday we caught a bus to the National History Museum. Then we walked back to Paddington through Kensington Gardens. | ||||||
