Events Trips Outdoors Camping Climbing 1997 Europe UK Wales Snowdonia	A windy but sunny Easter weekend, scrambling and climbing in the Ogwen valley. With Liz, Paul Brittan, Paul Sidnall and Suzy Ross. Thu 27 Mar 1997 Drove up from Bristol to the Gwern Gof Uchaf campsite and pitched the tent in the dark, wind and rain. It just about survived the night. Fri 28 Mar 1997 Little and North gullies on the east face of Tryfan , then on to Main Gully on Glyder Fach and down the Gribin Ridge. Paul and I also grabbed a couple of routes on Little Tryfan before food at the Bryn Tyrch. Sat 29 Mar 1997 A morning at Little Tryfan then the Pauls and I climbed Direct Route on Milestone Buttress. Sun 30 Mar 1997 A climbing ascent of the north face of Glyder Fawr - Charity on the Idwal Slabs, the Upper Staircase on Continuation Wall and East Arete on Glyder Fawr (the five of us moving together). A total of 1240' of climbing. Tea at the Little Chef. Monday Stopped at Clogwyn Cyrau near Betws and climbed Long Climb.
